Principal Tasks and Responsibilities for Manager - Contract Sales- To generate enquires for Hot/Cold Insulations and Refractories projects like Refineries, Power Plants, Cement Plants, Steel Plants, Fertilizers and Chemical Process Plants etc.- To do estimation/costing and preparation of Offer & Tender document.- To do the technical and commercial evaluation.- To do regular follow-ups with the clients and to make strategies to finalize the orders in Company s favour.- To meet the client and maintain good relation for Future orders.- To develop the market potentials and to convert these in orders.- To monitor the job in coordination with execution team regarding project s work and also to ensure projected/targeted profit margins- To deal with clients in case of any complaint arises and able to resolve it with PR skills.- To do payments follow up by ensuring getting the same in time.- Ready to do extensive travelling.Candidate Profile :- Graduate or Diploma Engineer with 8-10 years of experience in the relevant field.- Good analytical Still- Very good communication skill ( verbal and written)- Computer savvy (ref:updazz.com)
