A key account manager (KAM) in enterprise sales is a role that involves managing relationships with our key customers or clients of a company.
-The key accounts are typically the largest and most important clients, and the KAM is responsible for maintaining and growing the business relationship with these accounts.Responsibilities :- The KAM is responsible for understanding the customer s business needs and goals, Identifying opportunities for the company to provide value and solutions that help the customer achieve those goals.
