Customer Support:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat.
• Provide accurate product information and troubleshooting assistance.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Feedback and Improvement:

• Gather customer feedback and report insights to the management team.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve services and products.

Sales Support:

• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products/services.
• Support the sales team with customer-related tasks and inquiries.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Update CRM systems with relevant customer information.

Problem Resolution:

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.

Qualifications:

• 10TH, 12TH, BA , BBA , B.com can apply.
• Proven experience in customer service or relationship management.
