Manager - Inside Sales (3-5 Yrs) Thane (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

Job Responsibilities:- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customer s and following up on leads- Understanding customer s needs and identifying sales opportunities- Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information per email- Keeping up with product and service information and updates- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services- Staying informed about competing products and services- Upselling products and services- Researching and qualifying new leads into opportunities- Fix appointments and deliver LearnQoch product demos to Government, Trustees, Principals, HOD, Teachers, Students & Parents in B2B and B2G sales cycle- Liaison with the marketing team to implement the marketing campaign- Understand customer requirements and propose the right solution- Prepare customer proposal and do require follow-up to get the Purchase Order- Take ownership of customer expectations and do the right things to have 100% customer satisfaction (ref:updazz.com)
