Technical Account Manager - Sales (3-9 Yrs) Bangalore (B2B/Corporate Sales)

Responsibilities :- Based in India, serve as a key member of the technical support team, assisting in the launch of new devices- Work closely with internal teams such as Partnership & GTM in India and TAM at headquarters to ensure timely Technical Approval (TA) of products;- Understand the Technical requirement & check feasibility of implementation by working closely with HQ team ( R&D & Project team SPM/VPM)- Organize and lead the technical workshop communications with Operators, Google and Third Party (e.g. Trustonic, Axio);- Follow up on the entire TA process, proactively identify and address risks, and manage technical requirements- Maintain customer relationships on the technical side and communicate with customers for technical waiver- Responsible for technical solutions for Financial Installment (XEF&DLC);- Acquire competitive information.
