Reports To: [General Manager/Managing Director/Sales Manager] Job Type: [Full-time] We are committed to delivering exceptional services and are looking for a passionate Field Sales Executive to join our team and help us elevate our field presence and drive growth. & Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a strong understanding of market trends, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets. & Key Responsibilities: & Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Client Interaction: Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs, provide property recommendations, and offer expert advice on real estate transactions. Property Listings: Present and promote properties to prospective clients through various channels, including property showings, online listings, and marketing materials. Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties involved. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or selling process, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth transaction. Documentation: Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including real estate agents, brokers, and administrative staff, to achieve team goals and enhance client satisfaction. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales activities, track performance against targets, and implement strategies to improve results. & Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred. Entry-level candidates with a strong sales background are also encouraged to apply. Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a high level of professionalism and integrity. Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate market trends, property valuation methods, and relevant laws and regulations. & Attributes: Driven: Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets. Customer-Focused: Committed to delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships with clients.
