JOB PURPOSE
Drive SABIC product portfolios and technical support in assigned region / territory and markets / segments to achieve business ambition and to maximize business profitability by developing opportunities to grow premium / differentiated / high added:value (HAV) product sales. Leading activities related to new product launching readiness / product improvement / optimization through collaboration between customers/external parties and internal stakeholders (businesses, sales, technology, manufacturing affiliates, product stewardship, etc), as well as maximize customer satisfactory technical support.
JOB RRESPONSIBILITIES
:
Drive and execute the Technical Marketing activities for SABIC 's product portfolios.
:
Drive homologation and translations of SABIC existing and new solutions in strong collaboration with sales.
:
Building strong relationships and credibility with technical decision makes at existing customers and converters to position SABIC as the preferred supply partner for polymers.
:
Developing close relations with Business and technology to create a long term collaboration platform for portfolio optimization.
:
Identify and realise value creation opportunity with the existing and future SABIC product portfolios
:
Provide Technical support in the form of customer complaint handling, troubleshooting, customer training, cost/design analysis, et al. covering all Industries for SABIC product portfolios in region to maximize customer satisfaction. Owner of customer communication hereof.
:
Organizing and owning regional product training workshop for internal and external customers.
:
Assure SABIC compliance of corporate legal, safety, and business policies.
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
:
Bachelors degree or above in material/plastics
