Job Description
As a Sales Executive in our vibrant garment shop, you 'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. You 'll be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the perfect garments, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers as they enter the store
Provide information about the products and services offered
Assist customers in choosing the right clothing items and accessories
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Achieve sales targets and goals set by the management
Upsell and cross-sell products to increase revenue
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the fashion industry
Collaborate with the team to achieve overall sales objectives

Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to provide outstanding customer service
Good knowledge of clothing styles, trends, and brands
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Positive and friendly attitude
Ability to work well in a team
Flexible to work on weekends and holidays
Proficient in using computers and point-of-sale systems
