Lead a team of highly capable individuals solving unique business/digital marketing problems at scaleResponsibilities :The Senior Manager of Growth Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across BharatPe s brands. This role will focus on optimizing the marketing funnel, leveraging data-driven insights, and leading strategic initiatives to achieve ambitious growth targets.Key Responsibilities :1. Strategy Development :- Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.- Identify new growth opportunities and channels to drive user acquisition and retention.2. Campaign Management :- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns on digital and CRM channels- Oversee the creation and management of marketing content and assets.3. Data Analysis and Optimization :- Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing efforts and improve conversion rates.- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights for targeted marketing strategies.4. Collaboration :- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Customer Experience to ensure alignment and support for growth initiatives.5. Budget Management :- Manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.- Track and report on budget performance, making adjustments as necessary.Qualifications :- Degree from a tier 1 institute preferably IIT/IIM/BITS/ISB- In depth experience of using engagement/automation tools such as Clevertap/Moengage/Webengage etcSkills, Experiences & Behaviors :- 5 years of performance/growth marketing experience- Startup experience is highly valued but not necessary- Ability to work x-functionally both as lead as well as a contributor- Ability to articulate marketing s impact on top and bottom line of business- Ability to collaborate across team - Data, Product, Engineering and Business- Highly data driven but at the same time ability to handle ambiguous situations with confidence where less data is available and take calls aligned with overall business objectives- End to end ownership to deliver projects.Note : Candidate Should Be From Fintech/tech Based E-commerce Companies From Tier 1 Colleges/schools Only (ref:updazz.com)
