The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing for Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) skincare or cosmetics brands. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective ad creatives for various platforms, website images, social media posts, and more. Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.Key Responsibilities : - Develop and design high-quality visual content for Facebook, Instagram, Google ads, website images, and social media posts.- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and engaging ad creatives that align with our brand s voice and aesthetic.- Ensure all graphics and visuals are consistent with brand guidelines and effectively communicate our brand s message.- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously bring fresh ideas to the table.- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.- Maintain a strong understanding of the skincare and cosmetics industry to create relevant and effective designs.- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure all design requirements are met.Requirements :- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the D2C skincare or cosmetics industry.- Proven experience creating ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other digital platforms.- Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing for skincare or cosmetics brands.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- A keen interest in clean beauty and wellness trends.Preferred Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field from institutions such as the National Institute of Fashion Technology or the National Institute of Design.- Experience working with skin care/beauty, cosmetic brands.- Familiarity with video editing and animation tools is a plus.
