Veera Health - Relationship Manager - Sales (2-10 Yrs) Mumbai (B2B/Corporate Sales)

OverviewAs a Doctor Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for increasing awareness of Veera s products among Healthcare Providers (HCPs). You will visit HCPs in person to understand concerns and achieve long term sales objectives in the selected territories. You will identify and develop a business plan to grow the business and set appropriate short-term objectives for HCP calls. Key Responsibilities:- Scan given territories to identify relevant HCPs and create a plan for outreach.
-Visit HCPs on a daily basis to understand and establish channels for increasing access to Veera s products.- Prepare and execute business plan which is aligned with territory performance and strategic objective of the company- Work closely with founders/senior management on creating materials and visiting healthcare professionals.- Position products by using strategic inputs, promotional activities recommended by Marketing and based on market intelligence- Conduct product presentations, organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and events.- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, ensuring healthcare professionals are well-informed.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather feedback to provide valuable insights to the organizations.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.- Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product sample distribution.- Adhere to ethical practices and comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines.Minimum Qualifications :- 2 years of past experience working in sales or similar role in a healthcare company.- Proactive and ambitious - past history of setting and exceeding targets- Excited to work in the field, visiting and maintaining good relationships with HCPs- Excellent written & oral communication skills- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills (ref:updazz.com)
