Job Role: -
Regional Sales managers oversee the work of other managers and control and organise corporate operations over a given geographical area. Plan and manage operational policies and strategies in a given region.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet regional business objectives
Setting sales targets and monitoring performance against goals
Identifying new business opportunities and potential customers in the region
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
Managing a team of sales representatives and providing coaching and support as necessary
Conducting market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends
Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure smooth business
Responsibilities
operations :
Preparing and delivering sales presentations to customers
Negotiating contracts and closing deals with customers
Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues or complaints
Providing regular reports on sales performance to senior management.
