What role will you play as a member of the Colgate 's team ?
The candidate is responsible for business facing support and development for various applications in the Governance area. The role requires the person to act as a guide for the global business processes within the function,own the execution of different projects activities and ensure the smooth execution of critical business processes.
The person will be required to collaborate with business teams / technical teams and IT counterparts for daily support incidents and project activities in different business areas across all geographies.
Ability to understand the requirements related to business problems and transform that into a solution design.
Who are you...
As a Technical Architect :
:
Deliver day to day application support including response to emergencies (24x7)
:
Run and perform the design, configuration and testing GRC and other applications for projects, upgrades, implementations and roll outs
:
Define policies, procedures, strategy for IT process to be aligned with SOX
:
Run IT audits (internal/external), Coordinate with audit teams
:
Evaluation of controls to test its efficiency and improvise
:
Assist IT team with resolution of observations raised during internal or external audit.
:
Custodian of IT process governance frameworks.
:
Communicate IT SOX testing requirements, control gaps, and control deficiencies.
:
Provide mentorship and training to various application teams regarding IT governance.
:
Ensure that policies and procedures are in compliance with corporate policies
You are a collaborator :
Build and develop positive relationships with GIT peers, business partners, customers and external resources
Coordinate / support / lead projects and design frameworks
