Job Description for the position for Executive:: Electrical
Education Qualification:
1. B.E/Diploma. in Electrical and Electronics or Electronics with 3:8 years of experience in machine tools industry/Automation Industry.
Knowledge and of experience:
:
Working knowledge and exposure to CNC machine tool with Fanuc/Siemens, and PLCs
:
Thorough Knowledge on Electrical hardware for automation/CNC machines like CNC systems, Electrical switchgears, Etc
:
Should have knowledge about inventory management of Electrical items
:
Basic understanding of Mechanical drawings, like Machine Layout, cabinet layout, etc
:
Thorough understanding of Electrical wiring as per industry standards.
:
Exposure to SAP: ERP system will be a added advantage
:
Good communication and analytical skills : since he/she will be interacting with vendors/customers.
Job Responsibility:
:
To Manage Electrical Hardware wiring of the machines.
:
Follow up of electrical items.
:
To ensure day:to:day operations of Electrical assembly /interfacing of machines, including resource allocation and workflow management to meet the production targets.
:
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all manufacturing personnel. Implement safety protocols.

Plans and manages the overall production activities of Electrical department with compliance to safety standards
