Job Description
- Client Outreach: Contact clients via phone, email, or mail to remind them of outstanding balances.- Payment Negotiation: Negotiate and establish payment plans to resolve outstanding debts while considering clients financial situations.- Record Maintenance: Accurately document all interactions, payment plans, and payment receipts in the database.- Dispute Resolution: Work with clients to address billing inquiries or disputes, ensuring satisfaction and payment compliance.- Report Preparation: Prepare reports on collection activities and outstanding balances for management review.- Legal Action Coordination: Collaborate with legal departments if further action is required on unresolved accounts.- Compliance Adherence: Ensure all collection activities comply with relevant state and federal laws and company policies.
