Bijnis - Lead - Inside Sales (3-5 Yrs) Delhi NCR/Delhi (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

We are seeking a self-motivated Inside Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing his/her team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and customer engagement.
-He/She will work closely with other departments to meet sales targets and achieve company objectives.Responsibilities:1. Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and ensure a positive customer experience.2.
