The ideal candidate will possess a strong design aesthetic, a passion for innovation, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs. As a Creative Designer, you will work closely with our marketing and content teams to create engaging visuals that align with our brand s identity and help drive our business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Design and Conceptualization:- Develop and execute creative concepts for various projects, including branding, marketing campaigns, social media content, and digital assets.- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling designs that meet business goals and resonate with target audiences.- Generate fresh ideas and design solutions for print and digital media, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.Graphic Design:- Create high-quality graphic designs, including logos, brochures, banners, posters, advertisements, and other marketing materials.- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all channels. Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders while maintaining creative integrity.Digital Design :- Design user interfaces (UI) and experiences (UX) for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.

-Stay up-to-date with the latest digital design trends and incorporate them into projects where appropriate.Project Management:- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards.- Work closely with external vendors, such as printers and developers, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of final products.- Maintain organized project files and documentation for future reference and use.Collaboration and Communication : - Work in tandem with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and product development, to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
-Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind design decisions.
-Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall creative strategy of the team.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
