Roles & Responsibility - Must be from Furniture background & Building Materials ( Project sales ) - Specialization in Sales Domain- Good communication skills- Track record in business sales or related market - Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients.- Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met - Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned.- Finding New Customers - Payment management of Customers- Responsible for generating new business and retaining existing customers.- Planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring orders and dispatches to meet customer s dead line.- Negotiation with customers- Proven track record of positive sales performanceNote- Candidate Should be Furniture Industry & Building Material ( Project Sales ) - Skills:- - A drive to seek new business- Excellent telephone skills- Strong verbal and written communication - Initiative and good decision-making skills- Strategic and analytical thinking skills- Result-oriented- Creating and implementing a sales plan- Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress (ref:updazz.com)
