Job Description
Job Title: Field Sales ExecutiveLocations: Noida/Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Dhanbad/Deoghar, Jharkhand, Kolkata (Hooghly), West BengalExperience Required: Minimum 2 years in field sales, preferably in the automobile industry.Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days.Industry: AutomobileKey Responsibilities :Sales Achievement : Drive sales targets and achieve growth in line with company objectives.Client Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.Product Knowledge : Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.Territory Management : Manage and grow the sales pipeline in your assigned area.Reporting : Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in CRM.Feedback Collection : Gather customer and market feedback to assist in product development and improvement.Requirements :Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the automobile sector.Education : Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Skills:- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.- Proficiency in local language and English.- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.Mobility: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.Notice Period: Available to join within 0-15 days.Preferred Attributes:- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.- Proven track record of successful client engagement and relationship management.- Knowledge of the local automobile market and customer base.Benefits :- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.- Comprehensive training and professional development opportunities.- Health insurance and other employee benefits.- Opportunities for career advancement within the company.
