Campaign Manager (2-6 Yrs) Bangalore (Online/Digital Marketing)

Qualifications & Skills:- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in campaign management or marketing automation, with hands-on experience using tools like MoEngage, HubSpot, or CleverTap.- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of marketing automation, deep linking, UTM attribution, campaign setup, and reporting.- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize campaigns to improve KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversion, and LTV.- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly present data-driven insights to cross-functional teams.- Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a strong attention to detail to ensure error-free campaign execution.- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in FinTech or the education space is a plus.- Familiarity with SQL, Google Analytics, and CRM integrations.- Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing.
