Job Description
Key Responsibilities :- Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential customers to generate leads and set up meetings.- Qualify prospects based on their business needs and potential for sales opportunities.- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the software or technology sector.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong organizational and time management skills.
