Manager - Product Marketing (5-10 Yrs) Noida/Delhi NCR (Marketing/PR/Advertising)

Job Summary :We are seeking an experienced Product/Service Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing the go-to-market (GTM) plans for our products, services, and solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing, campaign management, and communications.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for our products, services, and solutions, including positioning, launch strategies, and marketing campaigns.- Lead and manage a team of 2 marketing professionals in Noida.- Identify and engage external resources as needed through platforms like Upwork and Fiverr for specialized tasks.- Manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously, ensuring goals are met on time and on budget.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master s degree is a plus.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.- Strong background in campaign management.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Experience with platforms like Upwork and Fiverr for resource allocation is a plus.- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Proficiency in using marketing software and tools.Shift timings : 7 PM IST to 4 AM IST (ref:updazz.com)
