Job Description
The Accountant and Tax Assistant manages financial records, prepares financial statements, ensures regulatory compliance, and handles budgeting and tax filings. They analyze financial data to provide insights for strategic decisions, support audits, supports tax filing, maintains tax records, and ensures compliance with tax regulations. They assist with calculations, respond to tax inquiries, and stay updated on tax law changes.

Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records and reports
Assist in preparing and filing tax returns
Support the tax advisory team in audits and compliance checks
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
Prepare financial statements and management reports
Assist in the development and implementation of tax strategies
Liaise with clients to gather necessary financial information
Ensure all financial operations comply with current tax regulations
