VMC Programmer Tool room Chennai jobs JD: Maintaining the adherence to systems and procedures laid out in the shop floor Participating in the continuous improvement projects which are implemented from time to time. Training new operators, teach them the safety practices and machining process. Additional Duties Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating schedules to meet production deadlines and customer delivery requirements Participating in the MFT meetings and refining the processes Qualifications, Skills & Abilities Diploma in Tool& Die making or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3~5 years experience in VMC Machining Die&Mould programming using Autodesk power mill-2023,Creo. Hands on experience in setting and operating of CNC 3axis and 5 axis Milling machines. Knowledge on cutting properties on different work material Exposure to Toolroom manufacturing. Exposure to costing and cost estimates will be an added advantage.
