Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.
-Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance sales skills and productivity.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
