You are expected to have an excellent communication skill, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to forge strong relationships with influencers across various platforms. Provide creative direction and feedback.- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics and KPIs. Prepare detailed reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, influencer landscape, and emerging platforms to ensure strategies remain relevant and effective.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Product, Sales, and PR to align influencer marketing efforts with broader business objectives.- Compliance and Guidelines: Ensure all influencer activities comply with legal guidelines and company policies, including disclosure regulations.Preferences :- Bachelor s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.- Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a related field.- Previous work experience in fashion or similar industry would be an advantage.- Need to possess a strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hindi & English)- Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with influencers.- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.- Analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance.- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
