Responsible for Sales & service of Branch.- Market penetration & Dealer handling, experience in channel selling, Strong selling and negotiating skills with high analytical ability, Willingness for a rigorous touring especially to remote areas, Smart /dynamic & ready to accept challenges. Market Penetration & Development, Effective and efficient sales & mktg in the assigned territory or region, Dealer handling and monitoring, Maintaining a dealer network, Sales & collection targets, Organizing promotional activities, Product demonstration, Customer meets.2. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Collection- Achieve product wise, category wise monthly Sales targets for the branch- Sales activation plan, BTL activities including CP meets & brand positioning.- Ensure Collection as per monthly commitment and ROD Reduction as per corporate guidelines.
