Job Title: Customer Service ExecutiveWork Location: Andheri - Marol (Mumbai, India) Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide efficient and effective customer service.- Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and managing customer service operations.
-Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to understand what areas of the company s services need improvement.- Catering to customer phone calls and diverting the call to the relevant department for a more advanced form of query resolution- Forming reports based on customer satisfaction statistics and helping their team to develop new skills.- Fixing appointments based on the availability of customers and clients.- Curating streamlined email and social media communication mediums for offers, updates and much more.- Keep records of interactions and transactions of customer, keeping record of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments- Performing other ad-hoc tasks if required.Qualifications :- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills- Experience in customer service management.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of customer inquiries- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi- Prior experience in the hygiene products industry is a plus- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field (ref:updazz.com)
