JD for Channel Manager - LAS - Sourcing business through institutional partnerships- Empanelling 3 partnerships per month- Ensuring cases are assigned to Sales team members and disbursed in prescribed TAT- Constant engagement with partners to keep business momentum going- Engagement with customers provided by partners to ensure business generation- Ensure revenue sharing with partners is within prescribed profitability norms- Dissemination of product offering to all partners- Strategic Planning & Execution- Digital Product Development- HNI Client Management & Fintech Onboarding- Partnership & Stakeholder Management- Project Management & Coordination- Data Management & Analysis- Customer Experience (CX) Optimization- Process Streamlining & Efficiency- Problem Solving & Process Setting- Leadership & Team Collaboration (ref:updazz.com)
