Roles & Responsibilities : 1. Develop sales plan and strategies to increase market penetration within region. 2. Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region. 3. Set the vision for the region and develop and adheres to a business plan to attain the company s mission.4. Evaluate market trends in the general trade and gather competitive information; identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.5.
