The successful candidate will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement strategies that will optimize our operations and improve our overall performance. The role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of marketing and digital advertising.Roles & Responsibilities :- Lead and mentor a team of international optimization specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement- Develop and implement optimization strategies that improve the performance of our marketing campaigns.- Analyze data and provide insights to inform our marketing strategies and improve our overall performance.- Annual/Quarterly and Monthly planning with brands- Identify and implement process improvements that optimize our operations and improve efficiency.- Ensure delivery on business KPIs and efficiency metrics- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and expectations are set right and met- Mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.Eligibility Criteria :- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- 8 to 10 years of experience in ecommerce digital marketing, with a focus on optimization and performance improvement in international geographies (preferred platforms are FB, Insta, Google, Youtube, Snapchat, Tiktok)- Minimum a 6 years team leading experience- In-depth knowledge of full funnel of an ecommerce website and scale up through performance campaigns - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Prior start up experience (founder/core team) preferred- Self-directed and capable of working in a fast-paced environment- Project Management and multitasking (ref:updazz.com)
