Encourage expansion in the life insurance agency channel by hiring, educating, and supervising partners. Seeking an experienced leader with a strong background in the field and a successful track record in sales and agency development.Responsibilities :- Among the duties are finding and integrating new agency partners.- Offer continual assistance, coaching, and training to maximize partner performance.- Create and manage performance indicators for agency partners.- Create and put into action sales strategies that support company objectives.- Build trusting bonds with collaborators and make sure rules are followed.Requirements :- The prerequisite is a bachelor s degree.- Exhibited proficiency in negotiation, communication, and leadership.- Must be a local resident; - Have one to two years of sales and marketing experience.How to apply : 95584 16822 (ref:updazz.com)
