Sales Support Professional (5-7 Yrs) Hyderabad (Sales Management)

- Work as a Sales Support Specialist for the account and manage all quotes globally- Will be managing all quotes requests from this account- Will be interacting with all departments of the company for any matter related to this account- Will be the main daily interface with this global customer and their different entities worldwide.- Will oversee tracking and reporting all sales activities related to this global customer- Will oversee Company s pipeline management and qualification by working with the different field organizations and directly with the customers- As part of the pipeline management, will have to proactively set-up regular calls with internal field teams and customers to assess, update and take actions on the pipeline and related sales opportunities to maximize the bookings and revenue with Ericsson- Will be carrying an overlay sales quota for opportunities where tagged as opportunity owner- Proactively prospect leads and qualified opportunities with potential clients- Will have an objective of pipeline creation via leads management and qualification from marketing campaigns- Will have to proactively manage, qualify, and nurture sales leads coming from marketing campaigns- Research existing accounts, identify key players and opportunities and generate interest- Engage leads in dialogue either through phone or email- Update prospects and clients interactions and other sales activities in salesforce.com- Work closely with the local sales team to accelerate sales cycle and generate quotes.
