Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a female professional fluent in English, Hindi, and the local language will be a value add. This role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that drive our sales objectives.Key Responsibilities : - Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers.- Responding to inbound inquiries and converting them into sales.- Building and maintaining customer relationships through excellent service and communication.- Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products/services.- Adding and Achieving monthly sales targets and quotas.- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.- Collaborating with the sales team to improve sales strategies and processes.- Providing regular feedback to the management team regarding market trends, customer needs, and sales performance.Qualifications :- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.- High level of motivation and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Why Join Us :- Competitive salary and commission structure.- Opportunities for professional development and career growth.- A supportive and collaborative work environment.- Employee benefits including [insert benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, etc.].
