Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, cold calling potential customers, and converting prospects into clients over the phone.Responsibilities :- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our products or services.- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions based on their requirements.- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the management.- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.- Record and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure sales quotas are met and exceeded.- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.Requirements :- Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales/customer service role.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach.- Graduation degree in any discipline.Benefits :- Competitive salary package of 4 LPA based on experience and performance.- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive work environment.- Performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities.If you have the passion for sales and meet the above requirements, we invite you to apply and join our enthusiastic team in Bangalore.
