We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager to manage the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns. Professionals in this role should have experience in email marketing, segmentation, and automation. They must create visually appealing emails with relevant information that drives conversions, and measure campaign success to optimize future campaigns.Responsibilities :1. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and conversion.2. Create compelling email content, subject lines, and designs to maximize open and click-through rates.3. Segment email lists based on customer demographics and behaviors to optimize campaign targeting.4. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as delivery rates, open rates, and conversion rates, to continually improve campaign effectiveness.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all email communications.6. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and apply them to enhance campaign performance.7. Manage email marketing calendar and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.8. Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email content and design elements.9. Ensure compliance with email regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM, and maintain email best practices.10. Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on the performance of email marketing efforts.Requirements :- Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.- Proven 1 year experience in email marketing or digital marketing roles.- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.- Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar tools.- Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.- Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in email marketing strategies.Working Days - Monday to Friday (ref:updazz.com)
