Job Description
Position title : IT Sales ExecutiveExperience : 2 YearLocation : JaipurQualification : AnyNotice period : 30 Days-15 days Sikk set : IT Sales, International sales, Lead generation, cold calling, b2b sales, Domestic sales Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
-Identify and generate new business opportunities for high-ticket clients in both domestic and international markets.
-Conduct telecalling campaigns to engage potential clients and nurture leads.
-Execute outbound email campaigns to generate and qualify leads.
-Utilize sales automation tools to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
-Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs.
-Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
-Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions to clients.
-Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
-Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients. Must-Have Skills : - At least 2 years of proven experience in IT/software sales, with a focus on high-ticket clients.
-Strong lead generation skills, including Tele-calling and outbound email campaigns.
-Proficiency in using sales automation tools and CRM software.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Strong negotiation and closing skills.
-Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong organizational and time management skills. Advantage Skills : - Experience in both domestic and international sales.
-Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in the IT/software industry.
-Experience with digital marketing and lead generation tools.
-Familiarity with contract negotiation and legal aspects of sales.
-Proficiency in multiple languages.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Experience in managing and mentoring junior sales team members.
