If you have a flair for sales and store management, we want to hear from you!Job description :Designation : Showroom & Sales Head (Andheri Studio)Role Description :Store Head for Andheri Studio [Responsible for the entire P&L of the Andheri Studio. This is a full-time on-site role for a Store & Sales Head for Kitchen Studio in Mumbai. He/She will be responsible for the following :1. Ensure every designer is managing his/her leads and having a current and forecast pipe-line, assign leads accordingly. This includes the entire process, right from pitch to final closure. 2. Lead generation and conversion through multiple channels which includes Social media, In-person meet, tele-calling etc.3. Generating footfalls to ensure a healthy forecast for each month. 4. Ensuring each designer meets their desired target. Target of the Andheri Store being 1.20 Crores per month.5. Hiring, Training and development of the staff. Calling out wherever help is required in this area in terms of any support that might be needed from the HO.6. Ensuring the Store s upkeep and maintenance at all times, ensuring all samples kept at the store are the ones that are used, ensuring to discard the unused ones.7. Doing competition and Market Study to ensure that the latest trends are being followed and displayed at store level.8. Planning relevant Promotions and events at store level to keep the customers and Architects engaged.Experience : 5 - 7 years as Store & Sales Head.Qualification : Any GraduateJob location : Andheri WestOffice timings : 9.30 am to 6.30 pmWeekly off : SundayRounds of Interview : 3 Rounds Documents required : Will be informed after final selection.
