-Act as a customer contact point within the organization, ensuring client feedback is heard and acted upon to reach win-win resolutions and enhance service delivery.
-Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from key accounts while meeting Customers evolving needs.
-Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics, providing Customers with valuable insights and positioning them for success.
-Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to deliver seamless service and solutions to key accounts.
