Meritto - Product Content Writer (2-4 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram/Delhi NCR (Content/Design)

This role will work closely with various internal teams, specifically the product and marketing teams, to generate meaningful and impactful content that will educate our users and help drive the success of our products. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting how-to guides, developing training content, drafting product release letters, building product videos, and more.Role Summary :As a Product Content Writer, your primary responsibilities shall include the following:- Work directly with the product team to understand the intricacies of our products and translate them into clear, user-friendly how-to guides. Your guides will serve as key resources for users learning to navigate our products and services.- Develop comprehensive and easy-to-understand training content aimed at educating other teams on new product features and updates. Your work will help ensure smooth internal transitions every time a product feature is updated or a new one is launched.- Collaborate with the product team to draft product release letters and newsletters. Your written communications will keep our customers and stakeholders informed about our latest product developments and enhancements.- Work closely with the product and marketing teams to build engaging product videos that demonstrate how to use our products.
