About the Role:The role requires appointing channel partners(IFAs and Distributors) and driving investment product sales across geographies across your target area =Job Responsibilities :The incumbent will be responsible for but not limited to the following-- Recruitment of channel partners- Providing training for Business Development- Preparing business plans and strategies to develop business of channel partner- Planning different activities with channel partners to increase their productivity- Accompanying IFA on HNI/UHNI client meetings.- Addressing and spreading awareness regarding P2P lending in group client meets.- Solving distributor s queries.- To own and deliver organizational targets given on time to time- Following internal sales process- Comply with all rules and regulations of the company as well as following industry norms.Key Skills required:- Business Development and Channel management skills- People oriented, outgoing individual that earns a high degree of loyalty with staff and channel partners- Good understanding of Mutual fund distribution and how the industry works- Eagerness to work with start-up and problem solving skills (ref:updazz.com)
