Area Manager - Franchise Sales - Education (4-7 Yrs) Noida (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

Job Responsibilities :- Franchise Development : Identify and target potential franchisees within the assigned territory, including Western UP, and manage the recruitment and onboarding process.- Franchise Expansion : Develop and execute strategies to expand the franchise network, including opening new locations and increasing the market presence.- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees, providing support and guidance to ensure their success and alignment with brand standards.- Sales and Marketing : Drive franchise sales efforts, including conducting presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
