The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive demeanor, and a passion for helping clients find their dream property. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering inquiries, and generating leads for our sales team. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling : - Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate services and properties.
-Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns and events. Client Interaction : - Handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential clients.
-Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, and features.
-Address client questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Lead Generation and Qualification : - Identify and qualify potential clients who are interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.
-Schedule appointments for property viewings and consultations with the sales team. Database Management : - Maintain an updated and organized client database.
-Record all client interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system. Market Research : - Stay updated on the latest market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
-Provide clients with relevant market insights and information. Collaboration : - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
-Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans and targets.Qualifications :Education : - Commerce Graduate, MBA (Marketing )- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Experience : - Prior experience in Real Estate/Builders/Channel Partners/Brokers Company is Preferable.
-Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service or sales role (preferred). Skills : - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
