What role will you play as a member of Colgates Information Technology team?
The candidate should be a domain specialist and responsible for the design, development and implementation of applications like Kinaxis, SCM Advanced Planning Optimization (APO) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and provide support. The role requires the person to act as an expert for the global business processes within the function, lead the execution of different projects activities and ensure the smooth execution of critical business processes.
The person will be required to collaborate with Divisions and Subsidiary business partners to understand requirements and challenges across all geographies. The person should analyze and provide solutions using existing technologies as well as Identify new techniques and technologies and concepts that can help to business and IT growth.

You are a functional authority:

Understands and applies Information Technology standards to daily support and project implementation activities
:
Applying conceptual knowledge of business processes and technology to solve complex procedural problems.
:
Lead and/or perform the design, testing and applications of SAP and Non SAP systems configuration in line with agreed timeframes, business requirements and global standards.
:
Document detailed specifications of configuration design, test and training programs
:
Maintain Production Systems reliability through correct utilization of GIT standard support and Governance processes
:
Support day to day business requirements according to Global SLA, respond to emergencies (24X7), sometimes working in shifts.
:
Deliver solutions to business requirements considering priorities and resources available
:
Partner with internal Information Technology Organizations such as Global Applications and Americas, Regional Shared Service Organizations, Risk Management as well Business Shared Service Organization and Business functions.
:
Build and maintain positive relationships with GIT Peers, Business partners, customers and external resources
:
Participate or Lead and coordinate Project Implementation across the divisions
:
Collaborate with other GIT and external partners to deliver business requirements
:
Ensure the proper use of Information Technology project management GIT 5 project management methodology to align with Information Technology governance practices.
