Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads and acquire clients. Utilize various channels including networking, referrals, and industry events.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute sales strategies and business development plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
Proposal and Presentation Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.

Skills:

Strong understanding of the real estate market and trends.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of sales achievements.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid real estate license.
