Job description for the post of Customer Relationship Executive& (CRE) Role and Responsibilities of CRE. & & & & & & & & To answer all customer calls and solve their problems in the best way possible. & & & & & & & & Book orders that come through repeat sales & & & & & & & & Call new customers that show interest in our products & & & & & & & & Booking of orders on ship rocket or other such portals we use & & & & & & & & Utilize database to bring in more orders. & & & & & & & & To track delivery of parcels and in-case of any problems to get in touch with the courier company.
