Job Description
This is a job posting for 'Front Desk Receptionist ' at SDC Advocates and Legal Consultants, Connaught Place, New Delhi. The job requires young and professional female candidates aged between 20-25 years who have recently completed their graduation in any field whatsoever, for immediate joining. Interested candidates are invited for walk in interview on or before 12.11.2024. Calls will not be entertained.

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Update calendars and schedule meetings
