Job Description
Key Duties :Responsible for any/all of the following processes in the Business Cycle Management :a. Identifying Prospects (Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers)b. Setting Appointmentsc. Conducting a Need Analysis (Gathering information about the customer)d. Determining the Client s Solutione. Written Proposal/Document- Decision making, negotiation, and Deal closure- After Sales support- Identifying Cross-selling & Upselling OpportunitiesApart from the above-mentioned duties the candidate is also expected to :- Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients.- Maintain a database of contact information.- Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the sales process.- Monitor the competitors products and services and create selling strategies for our products and services.- Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company and nurture existing key accounts to build a strong business relationship to generate recurring revenue.Required Skills :As a Key Accounts Manager, you would have the following skills and abilities :- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills- Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills- Excellent active listening skills- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally- Understanding of consumer behaviours and industry trends- Extensive, accurate product knowledge (ref:updazz.com)
