-The role will provide you the opportunities to enhance your relationship management skills and gain experience and build a rewarding career within the fast-paced financial wealth-management industry in which Dhanvesttor operates.Job Requirements:1. Minimum Graduate degree2. At least 3-5 years of experience with a similar profile in the Financial Services industry.3. Knowledge of Financials and Stock Market4. Excellent sales and negotiation abilities to identify opportunities and drive business growth5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships6. Problem-solving skills to address client needs and resolve issues7. Professional discretion8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team9. Well-developed & PresentableEssential Duties and Responsibilities :1. Client Acquisition: Responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding Dhanvesttor s client base2. Client Education and Guidance: Educating clients about Dhanvesttor s investment strategies, financial products, co-learning and community-building facilities (CLCB)3. Client Relationship Manager: Should build and nurture strong and seamless relationships with assigned distributors/clients to drive Dhanvesttor s business growth4. Client Retention: To focus on retaining existing clients for sustained success at Dhanvesttor5. Sales: Prospecting and selling Dhanvesttor s PMS and CLCB services to Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals through direct sales efforts using consumer behaviour theories6. Target-Oriented Performance: Responsible for achieving Dhanvesttor s targets effectively7. Stock Market and Industry Analysis: Analysing market and industry trends is keyCritical Skills and Attributes:1. Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise even when muli-tasking2. Excellent communication and listening skills3. Team Building4. Soft and outgoing nature (warm and welcoming)5. Strong sense of decision-making (driven by wisdom and rationale and not by emotions and feelings)6. Time management skills7. Profound honesty and integrity8.
