Job Summary : The Business Head will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the end-to-end operations of the company. This role requires a dynamic and experienced leader to handle multiple departments, including Purchase, Logistics, Marketing, and E-commerce. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic planning, team management, and driving business growth in the organic food sector.Key Responsibilities :Strategic Planning and Execution :- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.- Identify market trends and opportunities to expand the company s market presence.Purchase and Supply Chain Management:- Oversee the procurement of high-quality organic products and raw materials.- Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and sustainable supply chain.Logistics and Operations :- Ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics and inventory management.- Optimize the supply chain to meet customer demand while minimizing waste.Marketing and Sales : - Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotions.E-commerce Management :- Oversee the e-commerce platform to enhance customer experience and drive online sales.- Implement strategies to improve website traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention.Team Leadership and Development :- Lead and mentor department heads and teams to achieve their targets.- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.Financial Management :- Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability.- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.Compliance and Quality Control :- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.- Maintain the highest quality standards for all products and operations.Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
